At 40nine, we want you to love your timepiece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. All returned watches must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original 40nine box and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
